Company Charges

What You'll pay?

We have one hour minimum charge and thereafter you pay by the half hour. The rates below are all per 'HALF' hour.

Most companies charge by the hour only, so will charge you for 2 hours when they have done and hour and five minutes work.

More Infomation of charges

Hourly Rates: There is a minimum charge for one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments; After the first hour. On pre booked work this will not exceed £220.00 in any one work day (between 8am-5pm). If the work exceeds the hour of 5pm the next charge zone starts and will be added to the max working daily charge.
Fixed Prices: Our engineer will give a verbal or written quote if requested before work commences.
Day Rate: Charges are based on an 8 hour work day between the hours of 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Material Collections: Material collections time for any iterms required will be kept to a minimum and will be charged at the lesser time rate stated about.
Estimates: Estimates are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to visit you.
Invoice: An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, a full breakdown of the cost of labour and materials used.
Guarentee: A 12 month guarentee certificate will be left with all eligible works covering all parts and labour (excluding lamps and fuses). Any part-P registered works will carry and additional 6 year policy backed by the NICEIC.
Payments: Payment must be made in full to the engineer by cheque, cash or bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice.
*: Indicates a single charge for electrical certificate testing per day.
